• It is a fact that we librarians get busy in routines so much so that ... we stop thinking about all other things.  Routines surround us enormously so much so that we cease to be thinking animals. And people associate very harmful stereotypes. Atleast Head of the Library should organize and allocate work to his team in such a way that he continues to get some free time to be a thinker and a thinking animal. He should be able to find time for browsing news papers and magazines be it online or offline.
• Be uptodate about programmes and events where in new books get released. Specially the events that are local and accessible.
